Our role in short
OddamBilet.pl is a listings board and a contact tool. We help you find a ticket and post your own, but we are not a party to the agreement between users. We do not take the ticket price, we do not hold or transfer money for the ticket, we do not run escrow and we do not guarantee the transaction.
You arrange and carry out payment and handover directly between yourselves, outside the service. Only additional services are paid (listing promotion and Alert Pro).
How to add a ticket
- Create an account and confirm your email (required to publish a listing).
- Fill in the form: event, city, date, face value and resale price.
- Make the required declarations: you have the right to resell, compliance with the organizer rules, no profit, no earlier sale.
- Publish — the listing is visible in search and themed sections.
How to find a ticket
- Use the search (phrase, city, category, price and date range) or browse the "Going soon" and featured sections.
- Open the listing details, check the description, price and the ratings and reputation of the seller.
- Send a response or a price offer. Set an alert to get notified about a new matching ticket.
- After the offer is accepted the listing is reserved, and you get in touch and finalise the handover outside the service.
- When done, you can mark the arrangement as completed and leave a rating.
What we do to make it safer
- Email verification — only an account with a confirmed address can publish a listing.
- No-profit price cap — the resale price cannot exceed the amount paid for the ticket plus documented fees (or, if none, face value). We block speculation and touts.
- Duplicate protection — the same ticket cannot be listed multiple times (ticket fingerprint).
- Moderation and reports — every listing and user can be reported; we act on credible reports.
- Ratings and reputation — built from real, confirmed arrangements.
- Controlled file access — ticket files are not publicly available.
Your safety rules
- Do not pay upfront to people you do not know and cannot verify. Beware of requests for BLIK, a code or a gift card.
- Check the ratings, reputation and history of the seller.
- Beware of time pressure and pushing to move contact outside the service before details are agreed.
- Check the organizer rules — some tickets (e.g. personalised) may have limited transfer.
- In doubt? Report a problem.
Common scams and how to spot them
Most scam attempts look similar. If you recognise any of these scenarios — stop and report it.
Vanishes after prepayment. Asks for a transfer, BLIK or a "deposit" upfront before anything is agreed — after payment the contact goes silent. Red flag: pressure to pay before verification.
The same ticket to many people. Sells the same code/PDF to several buyers. At the gate only the first scan works, the rest are left outside. Red flag: "I have more, pay fast".
A fake ticket or one that is not theirs. A PDF or screenshot without a valid code, a ticket already used, or a personalised one with different data. Red flag: refusal to verify validity with the organizer/distributor.
Fake "secure payment" (phishing). Sends a link to a "gateway" impersonating a known service, or asks for card/login details. Red flag: payment outside the agreed, known method; a site with an unusual address.
Unusual, irreversible payment methods. BLIK to a number, a BLIK code, gift cards, cryptocurrencies. Such payments cannot be reversed or easily traced. Red flag: insisting on exactly these methods.
"Too cheap to be true" plus time pressure. A price far below market and artificial haste ("buy now or lose it"). Red flag: a deal that tolerates no verification.
Straight off the service. Immediately moves the conversation to a messenger before anything is agreed — to avoid a trace and moderation. Red flag: haste to leave the service before arrangements.
Safe handover checklist
Go through these steps in order — the order matters. Payment is always last, after verification.
- Verify identity and reputation — verified email/phone, ratings, history. Use the "Check an offer" tool.
- Agree details in the service (a trace of the conversation remains) before you pay anything.
- Prefer official transfer at the distributor (re-registering the ticket to your data) or handover on the spot, just before entry.
- Confirm the ticket validity — for electronic/mobile tickets only after the transfer to your account at the distributor, not based on a screenshot.
- Pay only after verification and only with a method that can be traced/reversed. Do not send BLIK codes, card details or logins.
- Keep evidence — the listing, the conversation and payment confirmations.
- Something off? Stop and report the offer — we will check it and can hide it.
