How it works

A second-hand ticket — no commission, no markup

We connect buyers and sellers and reduce the risk of fraud. You arrange payment and ticket handover directly between yourselves, outside the service.

Three steps to your ticket

1

Find one or set an alert

Search the events catalogue or set a price alert — we will email you when your ticket appears. You can also post a "looking for" request.

2

Make an offer and verify

Message the seller. See their reputation, ratings and email/phone verification. In doubt? Use the "Check an offer" tool.

3

Agree safely

You arrange payment and handover directly, outside the service. No commission from us, no price markup.

For buyers

  • Search resistant to typos and Polish characters.
  • Price alerts and "looking for" requests — the ticket finds you.
  • No markup — you will not pay more than face value.
  • Seller reputation and verification in plain sight.

For sellers

  • Posting a listing is free, with no sales commission.
  • We match your listing to people looking for such a ticket.
  • You build reputation on real, completed deals.
  • Optionally: promote your listing for more visibility.

Safety first

We do not guarantee the transaction (we are not a party to it), but we do everything to reduce the risk.

Verification

Email required to publish, phone via SMS code.

Reputation and ratings

Built on completed deals.

Check an offer

A trust report and checklist before the deal.

No speculation

Price cap, anti-duplicate, report moderation.

Frequently asked questions

How much does using the service cost?

Posting a listing and contact are free. We take no commission on transactions. Only optional services are paid: listing promotion and Alert Pro.

Can I sell a ticket for more than I paid?

No. The listing price cannot exceed what you paid for the ticket (or its face value). We enforce this technically — protection against speculation.

Who handles payment for the ticket?

No one on our side. We do not accept, hold or transfer money for the ticket. You arrange payment and handover directly between yourselves, outside the service.

How to avoid being scammed?

Check the seller verification and reputation, use the "Check an offer" tool, never pay upfront to an unverified person, and beware of prices too good to be true.
