You'll find out for yourselves on March 9th at VooDoo in Warsaw! Hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, Dead Butterflies first shared their music in 2023 and have since made a strong mark on the American DIY/emo scene. Their sound draws from screamo, slacker rock, midwest emo and electronicore, bringing all these influences together with a clear focus on melody. Their melodies are both captivating and nostalgic, and the moment you hear them, you'll understand how they could break through even a heart of stone. For contrast, they often pit them against raw passages driven by rough vocals and guitars. If the emo scene is experiencing a renaissance, Dead Butterflies are undoubtedly one of the leading bands at the forefront of it.
